Each piece is made from a 30cm diameter 304L stainless steel disc (similar to the original), mirror-polished, laser- cut with micrometric precision, and then plated with 24K gold by me. (The actual probe disc is also made of gold-plated bronze.)
The disc is then engraved using an industrial fiber laser , guaranteeing deep engraving with real material removal, far superior to conventional surface marking.
