History:

Before FuturEdge even existed, my friends and family would regularly ask me—by phone, yes, the old-fashioned way—for my advice on the best tech and design products : from outdoor gear to everyday gadgets or the latest smartphone/computer. I've always had this passion for research and experimentation , with a very (perhaps too) critical eye for anything that doesn't work perfectly or lacks style. Ideally, a product should excel in both areas. But if I had to choose, efficiency comes first.

These fridge magnets are one of those micro-projects that started out of a personal need. And as is often the case, what begins as a DIY solution becomes indispensable. If you come to my house (or my office), you'll see them everywhere (and don't even think about stealing the ones my wife has reserved for herself!). A bit like batteries: you can never have too many.
I put them online one day, a bit impulsively… and now I can't keep up with the demand. It's definitely not my most profitable product, so it sometimes gets pushed out of production to make way for our more complex pieces and projects. But if you see any in stock, grab them! You won't regret it!

Originally, I made a batch of these for the workshop, to hold parts diagrams or manuals. And then, as often happens, I brought a few home… to replace the ugly magnets that were piling up on the fridge door. My wife loves them , which says it all—they work as well as they look.

So I made them in my preferred finish: 3D printed ABS resin . Each magnet develops a force of about 2.5kg (thanks to an 8x10 mm N54 grade neodymium magnet, the highest grade available), so no, you won't lift a car with them… but for holding a few sheets of paper, a to-do list or a photo of your kid, it's more than enough .
And that little click when it latches on? As satisfying as a BMW door. No need to say more.
